Basic data: full name, phone number, Telegram identifier/username, preferred language, booking history and payment transactions.

Sensitive data (only when you provide it and consent): skin type, skin/health information relevant to the procedure, and images of the treated area (before and after photos) used to track the course.

Technical data: device information, cookies and minimal website usage data.

3. Purposes of processing

• Booking, confirmation and appointment reminders.

• Performing and tracking treatment results and safety advice.

• Customer care, handling requests and complaints.

• Payment, accounting and legal obligations.

• Improving our services and website.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process data based on your consent, performance of the service contract, compliance with legal obligations and proportionate legitimate interests.

For sensitive data and treatment images, we collect and use them only with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only as necessary with: the messaging platform (Telegram) to send notifications, payment gateway providers, and hosting/server infrastructure providers.

All data processors are bound to confidentiality and process data only for the stated purposes.

6. Cross-border data transfers

Some service providers (e.g. Telegram, cloud infrastructure) may host servers outside Vietnam. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with personal data protection laws with appropriate safeguards.

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law (e.g. accounting records). Treatment images are kept for the period you consent to and deleted when no longer needed or upon your request.

The website uses minimal cookies/technical data to operate and improve your experience. We use Google Analytics to measure anonymous traffic (page views, popular pages); this data is processed by Google and may be transferred abroad. You can manage or refuse cookies through your browser.

11. Children's data

Our services are intended for clients aged 18 and over. For minors, data processing requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian as required by law.
