Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers to the questions most people ask before their first session. For anything specific to your situation, a consultation is the most reliable next step.

Before you book

Most questions before a first visit are about what to expect, how many sessions are typical, and whether the technology suits your skin — all of which are easier to answer accurately in a short consultation than in general terms.

During and after a session

Session length depends on the area, and aftercare guidance is specific to what was treated. The live service list has current durations and prices, and the aftercare instructions given at your visit are the ones that apply to you.

Visiting from abroad

A good share of our clients are people living in or visiting Da Nang who don't speak Vietnamese. The practical details below are the ones most often asked before a first visit — if something isn't covered, message the studio and ask directly.

  • English is spoken at a conversational level, with a translation app for anything detailed
  • Cash (VND), bank transfer / QR, and international Visa and Mastercard are accepted
  • Booking ahead is recommended; walk-ins are taken when there's a free slot
  • The studio is at 180 Tô Hiến Thành, An Hải — a few minutes from the My Khe beach area

Frequently asked questions

Do you speak English?

Yes, at a conversational level — enough to discuss areas, walk you through the process and answer the usual questions. For anything more detailed, the specialist uses a translation app so nothing important gets lost. You're also welcome to message ahead in English if you'd rather sort out the details before arriving.

Can I pay with an international card?

Yes. The studio takes cash in VND, bank transfer or QR, and international Visa and Mastercard — so you don't need a Vietnamese bank account to book a session.

Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?

Booking ahead is recommended, since sessions are scheduled per area and slots fill up. Walk-ins are taken when there's a free slot, but it isn't guaranteed — messaging first saves you a wasted trip.

Does laser hair removal hurt?

Sensations vary by person and area. The sapphire contact cooling is designed to support comfort during the pulse, and the specialist can adjust settings based on your feedback throughout the session.

How many sessions will I need?

A series is commonly needed because hair grows in cycles, and individual response varies. The specialist can outline a realistic session plan after assessing your area during a consultation.

How should I prepare for a session?

General guidance is to avoid waxing or plucking the area beforehand, since the hair needs to be present for the session. Specific shaving and preparation instructions are confirmed when you book.

Is laser hair removal safe for all skin tones?

The four-wavelength platform gives the specialist more flexibility to select settings appropriate to different skin types, assessed individually rather than assumed from a default setting.

Still have a question?

A consultation is the fastest way to get an answer specific to your area and skin.
