Language and payment
Staff speak Vietnamese and conversational English. The website, service information and booking flow are also available in Russian; contact the studio before the visit if you need a specific language arrangement or want to clarify details in writing.
The studio accepts cash in VND, bank transfer or QR, and international Visa and Mastercard. Current service and package prices come from the live catalog, where you can review them before booking.
Prepare for the appointment
Do not wax or pluck the chosen area beforehand. Follow the shaving instructions confirmed during booking, and tell the studio about recent sun exposure, medication, pregnancy, active irritation or a skin concern before proceeding.
Bring questions about the area and your schedule. The specialist can review the area and explain realistic expectations; individual response varies and a series of sessions is commonly needed because hair grows in cycles.
Coordinate the session with Da Nang beach time
Avoid direct sun on the area for 12–24 hours before the appointment. After the session, protect the session area from direct sun and tanning for the first 24–48 hours and use SPF outdoors. Heat, friction, pools and beach time can also affect how the skin feels.
If your trip is short, schedule the session away from the part of the itinerary with the most sun, swimming or outdoor activity. Tell the studio about recent tanning or sunburn and your beach plans so the specialist can assess the area and advise on timing.
